Victoria's annual The Hills Are Alive music festival returns in 2016 and today the first line-up has dropped which features a diverse range of popular Australian acts including Adelaide outfit Bad//Dreems, Sydney soulstress Ngaiire and fan-favourite bands The Belligerents, Tired Lion and many more.
