Seattle band The Head and the Heart will release their awaited sophomore album Let's Be Still later this year through Sub Pop/Inertia.
The record is the follow up to their acclaimed 2011 self-titled debut. You can get your hands on a copy of Let's Be Still on Friday 11 October.
While the album is inspired by the travels the six-piece have undertaken over the past few years, they recorded it in their hometown at Studio Litho. The band also worked with The National and Interpol collaborator Peter Katis to mix the material.
As we wait for the new tracks to drop, here's some earlier The Head and the Heart, courtesy of Lost In My Mind.
