The SA stalwarts will be playing two shows in the state later this month

South Australian mainstays The Hard Aches have announced they will be returning to frontman Ben David's adopted home of Perth this month for a pair of shows billed the Organs & Airports tour.

After building a strong West Australian fanbase with his solo work, David brought the rest of the band to the party for last year's Bloodrock Festival – a performance that went down sufficiently well to have created the call for these further shows.

The tour takes its name from the band's recently released and toured Organs And Airports EP, which saw The Hard Aches hit stages with support from Perth band Lionizer as well as playing a few shows with fellow WA outfit The Decline. For this jaunt, The Hard Aches will hit Ya Ya's Bar in Northbridge on Friday, June 27, and Winston House the next night.

Support for Friday's show will come courtesy of Them Sharks, The Bob Gordons, Being Beta and Lionizer; Saturday's show will be supported by The Decline, Chilling Winston, and Silver Foxes, with more acts to be announced.

Keep an eye out on the band's Facebook page for future announcements of shows when they're back on the more populous side of the country a little later in the year.
