The Chicks are returning to Australia and New Zealand this October for the first time in six years.

The highly influential country and pop music powerhouse consists of lead vocalist Natalie Maines and sisters Martie Maguire (vocals, fiddle, mandolin, guitar) and Emily Strayer (vocals, guitar, banjo, Dobro).

Known for their hits such as Not Ready To Make Nice, Wide Open Spaces, Travelin' Soldier, Cowboy Take Me Away, and their #1 hit on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s Landslide, The Chicks have been the best-selling country music group in the US since the Nielsen SoundScan era (1991–present) began.

In 2020, The Chicks unveiled their first album in 14 years, Gaslighter, and further solidified their reputation in the country (and mainstream crossover) music world: Superstars, renegades, innovators, heroes and villains – For over two decades, The Chicks have developed from a band into a phenomenon.

Following sold-out 2017 Sydney, Melbourne and Mission Estate NZ dates, along with a spectacular headline slot at CMC Rocks QLD, The Chicks are coming back down under this October.

The trio will host nine dates in Australia and New Zealand, with stops in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland and Christchurch, along with some special winery shows for A Day On The Green including Geelong’s Mt Duneed Estate, Hunter Valley’s Bimbadgen and Sirromet Wines in Mount Cotton. Special guest Elle King will join the band on all dates, which you can find below.
