The roots vets will debut in this week's ARIA Albums Chart

More The Beautiful Girls More The Beautiful Girls

Recently reformed local roots veterans The Beautiful Girls look set to return to the ARIA Albums Chart this week, with their latest effort Dancehall Days.

The album is expected to crack the top 30 in this week's chart, with the release the Mat McHugh-led band's first since 2010's Spooks, which peaked inside the top 20 four years ago. The group went on hiatus a couple of years back while McHugh focused on his solo career.

The Beautiful Girls won't be the only album debut of this week though, with soon-to-be-touring country trio Lady Antebellum on track to nab the highest debut of the week, with 747 set to crack the top five. But they probably won't be strong enough to counteract another push from the Frozen soundtrack, which is looking the goods to hit number one again, after sitting in third last week.

Other album debuts will come from Steve Nicks (24 Karat Gold — Songs From The Vault), Lucinda Williams (Down Where The Spirit Meets The Bone), Sixx:AM (Modern Vintage), Nico & Vinz (Black Star Elephant), Caribou (Our Love) and Weezer (Everything Will Be Alright In The End), while movement up the chart should come from Sam Smith (In The Lonely Hour), Slash feat. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators (World On Fire), The Eagles (Selected Works: 1972-1999) and the Rock Of Ages soundtrack.

There won't be a whole lot new in the ARIA Singles Chart this week, with X-Factor contestant Dean Ray expected to debut in the 20 with Crying. Kiwi singer Lorde should also make the leap into the 40 this week with the much-hyped Yellow Flicker Beat set to feature around the 30-35 mark. Another X-Factor artist, Brothers 3, should have two debuts in the chart this week — Que Sera and The Sound Of Silence, while international dance act Nico & Vinz will have a first time entry with In Your Arms.

A few artists will climb back up the Singles Chart this week too, including Becky G (Shower), Alesso feat. Tove Lo (Heroes (We Could Be)), Beau Ryan feat. Justice Crew (Where You From?) and Nico & Vinz (Am I Wrong?).
