The Angels And Cheap Trick Announce Co-Headline Tour

Veteran rock’n’rollers The Angels and Cheap Trick will join forces to play a run of shows across the country in February, including the A Day On The Green concert series.

The bands co-headline the A Day On The Green winery tour that reaches South Australia, Perth, Yara Valley, Hunter Valley and Mt Cotton, and will also play two headline dates in between at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre and Sydney’s Enmore Theatre.

They will be joined on tour by Choirboys, who will also appear at A Day On The Green, with Baby Animals and The Superjesus.

The Angels and Cheap Trick have previously toured together, first in 1980 when they rollicked through Europe and the US, and then in 1990 on a huge Australian tour. The 2015 run of dates comes in the wake of The Angels’ mammoth 40th anniversary Australian regional and metro tour earlier this year. It’ll be Cheap Trick’s first trip Down Under in six years.
