Thrash metal masters Testament are looking to start writing early next year, according to frontman Chuck Billy.
Billy spoke to Rock Overdose, saying "we are going to start writing and recording early next year... I think that January to April, we're gonna start writing and recording, so the new album will be out next year."
Explaining further, he said "I think that we're on the right direction with the 'Dark Roots Of Earth'. I think that the old saying 'If it's not broken, don't fix it' fits, so we're probably going to stick with the same formula and idea. I think that there isn't any Testament album that sounds the same, so who knows what kind of songs we'll write next year... I don't know."
