Temper Trap To Headline UK Truck Festival

The 15th anniversary of Oxfordshire's Truck Festival can boast The Temper Trap as a headline act.

The festival, which will take place Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 July, will also feature Mystery Jets, Villagers, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, 65daysofstatic, The Low Anthem and Guillemots amongst others.

The Melbourne-based band will release their much-anticipated second album, The Temper Trap Friday 18 May locally, and Monday 21 May in the UK.

As pointed out in the Your Daily SPA newsletter yesterday, the band released a teaser video for their first single Need Your Love, which will be out next Tuesday.

This comes after they released the track Rabbit Hole.

The band's manager Danny Rogers told Your Daily SPA recently that “I think them [The Temper Trap] and Gotye are going to be flying the [Australian] flag around the world.”
