It goes on and on and on.
Yesterday was essentially a back-and-forth game of 'sick burns' between Taylor Swift, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as the apparently-never ending feud over the controversial lyrics used in Yeezy's track Famous waged on, but it appears Swift may have the last laugh as she is reportedly planning legal action against Kimye.
Yesterday, Kardashian leaked video footage of phone conversations between West and Swift in which it appears the 26-year-old singer did in fact approve West's lyric ""I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous," despite her camp insisting for months she was never consulted about it.
Shortly after Swift responded by saying she was never asked about the second half of the line where West refers to her as "bitch", TMZ have reported that she is now considering filing a criminal report against both West and Kardashian for leaking the videos.
According to TMZ, a phone conversation cannot be recorded in the US state of California without all parties consenting to it and, since Swift had no idea West was filming the conversation, the pair have committed a felony.

Furthermore, it has also been reported that Swift's lawyer threatened legal action against West's own attorney back in February when the phone call went down.
A copy of a letter sent to the attorney reads, "Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated".
Given that Swift is currently chilling out on the Gold Coast, it probably won't be too long before she decides her next move.
