System Of A Down & Faith No More Sell Out Shows In Melbourne & Brisbane

Tickets remain for the Sydney and Wellington shows, with promoters noting that Sydney's Accor Stadium offers "the final chance to witness one of the biggest rock events in Australian history."

A week after tickets went on sale for System Of A Down’s monumental stadium tour of Australia and New Zealand, shows in two cities have already sold out.

Joined by special guests Faith No More, what would have already been a highly anticipated tour with System Of A Down alone has become unmissable. The must-attend events have pushed the sellouts of shows at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium and Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium in January 2027.

Looking at the most recent press release, it doesn’t seem like additional dates will be announced in either city, as it notes that “With Melbourne and Brisbane now completely sold out, Sydney stands as the only remaining opportunity for Australian fans to experience this once-in-a-generation stadium pairing.”

Tickets to the shows at Sydney’s Accor Stadium and Wellington’s Hnry Stadium are still available at the TEG Live website.

The return of two absolute powerhouses of heavy music, with numerous culture-defining anthems to their names, will make for one of the biggest live music events the country has seen.

System Of A Down last visited Australia in February and March 2012, when they headlined Soundwave Festival alongside Slipknot and embarked on a run of headline arena shows, where they were joined by special guests The Dillinger Escape Plan. The shows were marketed as their reunion tour.

Faith No More also last played in Australia as part of Soundwave Festival in 2015.
