Sydney's Betty Who Debuts In US Albums Chart

Her first album has cracked the Billboard 200

More Betty Who Betty Who

Sydney dance-pop artist Betty Who has continued to make impact overseas, with her new studio album debuting in the US charts.

Take Me When You Go, the singer's first LP, landed at 68 in the Billboard 200 overnight. The news continues the young artist's success in America, in particular that of her track Somebody Loves You, which debuted at one in the Billboard Dance Club Play chart earlier this year.

Who isn't the only Aussie dance artist to feature in the US charts this week — Darwin's Vassy has moved up the ranks in the Dance Club Songs chart, with her Hustlin' now sitting at 21. Vassy has also enjoyed similar success to Who over the past 12 months.

Who will be heading home very soon for her turn as support act for pop superstar Katy Perry. Check theGuide and The Music App for details.
