The event's second year gets off to a solid start with The Dandelion, Sounds Like Sunset, The Grease Arrestor and more!
Fledgling New South Welsh event Sydney Psych Fest has annonunced the first list of names to start filling out their line-up for this year's return to the inner west in December.
The festival's first iteration was only held last year, boasting esteemed inaugural acts such as Morning Harvey, Day Ravies, Dreamtime and Japanese heavyweight Kikagaku Moyo, but organisers have ensured the bar stays exactly as high as it was set in 2013. A ream of local legends lead the charge, including The Dandelion, Sounds Like Sunset, The Grease Arrestor, and 2013 Psych Fest alumni Spirit Valley and Dead Radio. The fest will also see a little interstate love from first-announced visitors, all the way from South Australia, Glass Skies and The Dunes.
The 2014 Sydney Psych Fest will be held at the Factory Theatre, in Marrickville, on Saturday, December 13, with the final line-up consisting of more than 20 acts over nine hours of ear-pleasing, face-melting psych-rock goodness. Stay tuned in the near future for further line-up announcements!
