American rockers Switchfoot have announced they are bringing their alternative sound down under in 2015 for two intimate shows.

The shows will take place in Sydney and Melbourne, with Switchfoot performing at The Hi-Fi on Tuesday 31 March and 170 Russell on Wednesday 1 April.

The Californian natives have a total of eight studio albums under their belt, including 2009's Grammy-award winning Hello Hurricane, as well as a number of popular singles and countless sold-out shows. In addition to their successful music career, the band have also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for their own Bro-Foundation charity, which aims to support homeless kids in their community.
