Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!Just when you thought the Surry Hills Festival couldn't get any bigger comes the announcement that the fun will continue this year at an official after party to be held at the Burdekin Hotel on Oxford Street.
Those willing to kick on after the already massive event will be treated to the pop tunes of Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! as well as sets from Svelt and up and coming Sydney band Rockets, with more acts still to be announced.
DJ Scoob, Totally Barry, Funkdafied and Foreign Dub DJs will all be providing tunes to keep punters going through the night and well into the early hours of the morning.
The after party will run from 10pm until 6am and, as with the festival itself, all proceeds will go back to the support of the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre. Tickets for the after party are available through Oztix and are $20 plus booking fee.
Both the festival and the after party are set to be a celebration of music, art, food and culture, and will allow lesser known bands to take to the stage with some of Australia's bigger musical acts.
