Sunnyboys ProfileSunnyboys member Peter Oxley has written a cooking book for kids, which will be released early December.
The bassist for the seminal '80s Australian rock group, Oxley was not only one of the band's driving forces but also opened a pizza joint in Newtown in the mid '90s.
Aimed at kids Teenage Kitchen Rampage has 45 recipes from boiling an egg to roasting vegies and mashing potatoes, as well as entertaining and shopping tips.
After reforming – against all the odds – last year to much fanfare, Sunnyboys recently announced a run of dates next year and will release a new compilation Our Best Of, out Friday 6 December. We have an exclusive unreleased track from that compilation, here.
Their comeback has been charted by the inspiring documentary The Sunnyboy, based on the mental health struggles of frontman – and Peter's brother – Jeremy Oxley. It is available for purchase on DVD now.
