Summer Flake Signs Deal With Rice Is Nice

The solo project of Adelaide indie pop artist Stephanie Crase, Summer Flake has signed a record deal with Rice Is Nice.

The artist's debut album You Can Have It All will be released via the new deal on Friday 6 September. We've got a taste of what you can expect from the LP in the shape of Blue - listen to it this melancholy-folk fused gem below.

Crase has emersed herself in the local Adelaide band scene for a number of years, playing in bands such as Birth Glow, No Through Road, Hit The Jackpot and Batrider. The album is said to be reminiscent of her earlier work with folk singer Ellen Carey of Fair Maiden fame.
