Celebrated musician, multimedia artist and sonic chameleon Sui Zhen is following up her inclusion in this morning's Splendour In The Grass line-up with the news that she has signed with US label Twosyllable for the American release of her acclaimed 2015 LP Secretly Susan.
The album, which dropped locally in August, will see its US release — in bubblegum-pink vinyl, hell yes — on 17 June through the label, on exclusive license from powerhouse locals Dot Dash/Remote Control.
In order to help fund her North American interests and callings, Zhen will play a fundraiser at Hugs & Kisses on Thursday 5 May with Sanpo Disco. Tickets are $12+bf or $15 at the door.
