The indie rockers add six dates to their tour

Portland indie rock outfit Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks have announced more Australian dates to go with their forthcoming festival appearances.

The band, lead by former Pavement legend Malkmus, have already been confirmed to play Perth Festival, Golden Plains and Melbourne Zoo Twilights but will also perform a run of headline shows. The tour will see the band visit Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane, Wollongong and Sydney, with six headline gigs locked in.

Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks released their latest studio album Wig Out at Jagbags earlier this year.
