St. Jerome's Laneway Dates Revealed

Dates for St. Jerome's Laneway Festival 2013 have been announced, which sees the festival visiting all major cities across Australia, plus international dates in Singapore and New Zealand.

Now in its ninth year, Laneway will be hitting the following cities:

Saturday 26 January - Singapore
Monday 28 January - Auckland, NZ
Friday 1 February - Brisbane, QLD
Saturday 2 February - Sydney, NSW
Sunday 3 February - Melbourne, VIC
Friday 8 February - Adelaide, SA
Saturday 9 February - Perth, WA

Teaming up with The Dean Turner Project, this year will also see the continuation of Laneway's support for the Yiriman Project, by Linda Bosidis, wife of the late Dean Turner (Magic Dirt). The project looks to raise awareness of the alarming suicide rates in the Kimberly region of WA (one in 1200) in comparison to other indigenous populations across the country, and to support young Aboriginal people who are faced with difficulties.

The complete line-up will be announced on Wednesday 26 September.
