Set against our beautiful cities
In its twelfth year, St Jerome's Laneway is back and aiming to be better than ever. Today, the festival has announced its venues and dates for its 2016 edition, coming to Singapore, New Zealand and all across the country here.
Singapore's Laneway Festival will take place on Saturday, 30 January at The Meadow, Gardens By The Bay, set against the totally-Instagrammable Marina Bay Sands. Auckland, New Zealand will receive their Laneway offering at Silo Park again on Monday, 1 February.
On home turf, Adelaide's festival takes place on Friday, 5 February at Harts Mill in Port Adelaide — the festival will be 16+ and is surrounded by historic buildings and industrial spaces. Promoters also reckon Adelaide will cop a "pretty big surprise", so keep an eye on that.
Brisbane's Laneway will be 16+ also and will be held at Brisbane Showgrounds like last year on Saturday, 6 February. It's set right near Fortitude Valley, in the thick of the hustle and bustle.
