Gold ClassSpunk Records have today announced the signing of Melbourne band Gold Class to coincide with the release of their new single, Life As A Gun.
After only banding together last year, the garage-rock quartet drew big crowds to their live shows with only a handful of songs to perform — fast forward to 2015 and the group are now gearing up for the release their debut album later this year.
The new track marks the second song that will feature on the forthcoming record, along with their first single Michael released last year — the album will be released via Spunk Records.
While fans wait in anticipation for the new record, the band will be performing shows in Melbourne and Sydney next month to make the wait a little less painful.
Gold Class will play at Melbourne's Northcote Social Club on Monday, 17 August with local act Pleasure Symbols to support, before they head to Sydney the following weekend to hit the stage at the Volumes 2015 festival.
