PalmsNew Sydney label Coconut Tuff has launched today with the debut release from Sydney outfit Palms, which it is co-releasing with Spunk Records.
The brainchild of Sydney community radio host and GoodGod venue booker Adam Lewis, Coconut Tuff will release Palms' Step Brothers on vinyl while Spunk will handle the digital and CD release. The vinyl sales are being hosted through the Spunk Records store.
Today Lewis told theMusic.com.au that moving forward the label won't just be a vinyl label and is “opened ended” in nature.
Step Brothers will be released on Friday 30 August. Palms are part of the Winterman & Goldstein management roster and are booked by Village Sounds' Andy Gumley.
