Band Of SkullsThe appropriately named Adelaide Spin Off festival has been announced this morning, with a number of Splendour In The Grass' acts set to make the trip to Adelaide, including internationals Lana Del Rey and Band Of Skulls.
Other headliners include Kimbra and Last Dinosaurs.
The announcement comes the day after Perth's Splendour sister event, On The Bright Side, announced that it would not be happening in 2012.
This new festival is a joint venture between Splendour co-promoter Paul Piticco and Adelaide company 5/4 Entertainment.
It will be held Saturday 21 July.

The all ages mini-festival will take place at The Jubilee Pavilion, Wayville Showgrounds, with tickets on sale Wednesday 16 May through Moshtix.
