Kevin Talley will apparently not make it to Australia this week.

If you're a drummer in a band coming out for the Soundwave festival then you might want to take extra good care of yourself, as reports have surfaced that Six Feet Under drummer Kevin Talley is the latest casualty for the festival after injuring himself on a motorbike.

The extent of his injuries and how this affects the rest of the band going through with the tour have not yet been confirmed by any representative of the band.

Soundwave Festival promoter AJ Maddah broke the news this afternoon, contiunuing the open channel of communication between him and the tens of thousands of devoted Soundwave followers who subscribe to his twitter feed.

Talley is widely regarded as one of modern metal's better drummers and has drummed with the likes of Dying Fetus, The Black Dahlia Murder, Misery Index and Chimaira. He joined Six Feet Under in 2011, replacing original member Greg Gall.
