Over the last few years Soundwave has become a household name, synonymous with the punk, metal and hardcore scenes through their annual Soundwave Festival and countless other tours through Soundwave Touring.
Now they are branching out to releasing records through their new record label 3Wise Records.
3Wise Records describes themselves as "the brand new boutique label, dedicated to releasing world-class music from a handpicked roster of talented artists. We are excited to announce our first releases from Fireworks, Zebrahead, Vanna, Chelsea Grin and Iwrestledabearonce. Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting news."
The first round of artists are as follows.
- Detroit pop punkers Fireworks who are set to release their sophomore album 'Gospel' on August 5. The 3Wise Records release will feature Australian only bonus content including the 'Bonfires EP' and two bonus tracks.
- Punk rockers Zebrahead who drop their new album 'Get Nice!' on August 5, and are here for Soundwave Revolution later in the year.
- The Australian release of Vanna's 'And They Came Baring Bones' set to be nationally released August 12.
- Chelsea Grin's sophomore album 'My Damnation' which will be available nationally from August 12.
