It was to the chargrin of many punters that Soundwave 2013 sold out in record time. Many who were hoping to catch the massive lineup, which includes Metallica, Linkin Park, Blink 182, A Perfect Circle, The Offspring, Paramore, Slayer, Garbage, Cypress Hill, Tomahawk and Kyuss Lives! were left empty-handed after the small number of tickets left over after pre-sale were snatched up, in some cases within hours of going on sale.
But some unhappy rockers, hardcore kids and metalheads may be in luck, as Soundwave have just announced that a final limited release of tickets will be available for Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. If you missed out the first time, you better get your onlibe booking chops ready for when these last tickets go on sale at 8am local time on Friday 21 September. They'll be available for purchase through the festival's official website.
