Soundwave Festival promoter and veracious tweeter AJ Maddah has all but confirmed the dates for the 2014 instalment of the mammoth heavy music festival, signalling through his twitter account that the festival would be running to a similar schedule as the 2013 event.

If the run ends up being exactly the same as 2013, then you can expect the dates to be as follows:
Saturday 22 February – Brisbane
Sunday 23 February – Sydney
Friday 28 February – Melbourne
Saturday 1 March – Adelaide
Monday 3 March – Perth
Before then, we have the return of the Warped Tour in November and December and the far-more-indie-leaning Harvest Festival earlier in November.
