Tones & I, Molly Meldrum, Bliss N Eso & More Confirmed For ‘The Sound’ Series One Finale

Another star-studded list of Aussie talent will feature on ABC’s The Sound this weekend.

The final episode of the series will feature performances from local legends such as Tones & I, Guy Sebastian, Bliss N Eso, Vika & Linda and more alongside appearances from special guest co-hosts Molly Meldrum, Keith urban and Jack Thompson.

“I’m so honoured to be on this final episode of the very first series of The Sound,” Sebastian said.

“To have a show like this on TV that showcases Australian music is so important to our industry and the artists.”

The sixth instalment of the show will also feature performances from Electric Fields (featuring Missy Higgins), Jessica Mauboy, John Butler, Josh Teskey, Ash Grunwald and CXLOE, while Jimmy Barnes, Chris Cheney (The Living End), Mahalia Barnes, Ben Rodgers, Lachy Doley and Jackie Barnes pay tribute to Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs.

This weekend’s From The Vault segment will focus on Aussie rock legends Mondo Rock.
