"Apologies for the Spinal Tap intro! But, we had a great fucking time tonight!"
We had it on good authority that AC/DC rocker Angus Young wouldn't be joining Guns N' Roses on their huge tour when it hit Sydney — but in the end, he did and killed it.
Well guess what, Melbourne's had a chance to witness the crazy collaboration too, with Young coming out once again with the rock'n'rollers at their show at the Melbourne Cricket Ground last night.
The guitarist, again clad in civvies rather than his usual schoolboy look, played classic AC/DC songs Whole Lotta Rosie and Riff Raff.
It was the least Gunners could do for the Melbourne crowd after all, mistakenly shouting out 'Hey Sydney!' to them earlier in the night, only to be met with boos.

Slash and The Duff later took to Twitter to apologise for the blunder.
