Sleepwave have posted a new track commentary video, this time explaining how the song, 'Replace Me', came about.
Singer Spencer Chamberlain and guitarist Stephen Bowman state that the track started as just a drum loop and went through many changes until the final version came to fruition. The band have so far released explanations for two other tracks: lead single 'Through The Looking Glass' and 'Repeat Routine'. 'Replace Me' comes from the US post-hardcore duo's debut album, 'Broken Compass', released earlier this year via Epitaph Records. You can listen to the full commentary below.
