Sleepmakeswaves Confirm National Tour Dates

Ten local shows announced

More Sleepmakeswaves Sleepmakeswaves Profile

Local instrumental-rock outfit sleepmakeswaves have announced an extensive run of shows in support of their much-acclaimed 2014 album Love Of Cartography.

The Sydney-based fellas are spending a great chunk of their upcoming time playing dates across the world, with ten shows kicking off in late April and finishing up in June to be played on home soil. The Great Northern tour will take sleepmakeswaves to Port Macquarie, Byron Bay, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, with a couple of New Zealand shows also in the mix during the run.

The tour will give the band another chance to showcase music from their latest record, one that garnered the four-piece a number of accolades, including ARIA, AIR and J Award noms. Love Of Cartography was the follow-up to their 2011 debut LP ...and so we destroyed everything.

The Great Northern Tour is presented by The Music and you can find the details in theGuide and The Music App.
