Sydney post-rockers sleepmakeswaves have announced a crowdfunding campaign through Pozible for their upcoming second album.

The ARIA nominated quartet hope to raise $25,000 to cover the final costs of the LP's production and are offering fans plenty of incentives to help out - album pre-orders, limted edition vinyls, jam sessions with the band, a custom guitar and then some.

"We want to make this the most epic and ear-shattering sleepmakeswaves record yet,” bassist Alex Wilson says in the band's campaign video. Check out the full pledge clip here.

The record will be the follow-up to their acclaimed 2011 debut '...and so we destroyed everything.

The ambient, instrumental music-makers are just about to finish up a national support slot for fellow post-rock maestros Karnivool and Dead Letter Circus. The final show of the tour takes place tomorrow night in Perth - check out theGuide for all the info.
