Sia Makes History With APRA Songwriter Of The Year Win

Tonight’s APRA Music Awards in Sydney saw Sia once again claim Songwriter Of The Year, and other Australian acts Sheppard, Illy, Angus & Julia Stone and more also take home praise.

Claiming Songwriter Of The Year three times in as many years, Sia is the first artist to claim the prize three years in a row, also picking up Song Of The Year for her world-beating hit Chandelier.

Sheppard also left their mark, walking away with Most Played Australian Work and Pop Work Of The Year for Geronimo.
