The festival announces its bumper 2016 line-up
Pigsty In July has announced its line-up for 2016, with the likes of New Zealand rock legends Shihad and ARIA Award-nominated reggae masters King Tide heading up the bill.
Featuring a "second-hand formal" dress code, the one-day bush bash promises to be a wildly hoggish affair, with a decadent array of boutique beers, fine wines, cocktails and scrumptious food on offer.
Headliners Shihad will also be commemorating the 20th anniversary of their 1996 self-titled third album (affectionately known as "The Fish Album").
Also bolstering 2016's event in the wake of last year's successful festival — which boasted the likes of L-FRESH The Lion, Grenadiers, Chris Russell's Chicken Walk, Bootleg Rascal and more — will be rhythmic fusion group Masco Sound System, psych-rockers Lepers & Crooks, Newcastle indie collective Justin Ngariki & The Dastardly Bastards and dirty-soul songstress Claire Ann Taylor.
