"A Valentine's Day gift that actually stands the test of time.”
Valentine’s Day is less than a week away, and if you haven’t already sorted out a gift for that special someone, there’s a slew of local artists who can help out.
Aussie app Serenade lets fans book musicians for special performances and the platform has added a more talent in the lead up to February 14.
Powderfinger legend Bernard Fanning is Serenade’s "Patron Artist for February", and he’s selected Emily Wurramara, Ben Salter and Hope D as his “special guests”, meaning if you book him for a performance, you’ll also receive a clip from one of those three acts too.
Also new to the platform this month is Tim Rogers and Tia Gostelow.
“Music soundtracks every love story and we want artists to exist at the centre of every fan's special moments,” Serenade founder Max Shand told The Music.

“We've all been buying roses and heart-shaped chocolates for decades, but now Serenade ensures people get a Valentine's Day gift that actually stands the test of time.”
