Second Event & Line-Up Announced For Red Bull Gig Series

Just weeks after a sell-out debut show, Australia's inaugural Red Bull Sound Select will return for its second event this month, with the line-up today confirmed.

Taking place at Sydney's Chippendale Hotel on 27 May, Aussie hip hop artist Tuka leads the bill, curated by Laneway Festival's Travis Banko, alongside fellow rappers B Wise and Sampa The Great.

"Laneway Festival has always been about finding great new artists and bringing them to a wider audience so the Sound Select program felt like a natural fit given we're operating with the same ethos," Banko said. 

"We feel humbled to kick off our series of shows with two incredible Sound Select talents such as Sampa The Great and B Wise on the bill — expect big things from both of them this year."

The first Red Bull Sound Select show had punters lining up down the street to see performances from Methyl Ethel, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and Flowertruck.
