Screen Music Awards Confirms Date, Host For 2014

The Screen Music Awards will return in 2014, with the event confirming its date, venue and host for this year's ceremony.

The awards, which celebrate composers in television and film, will take place at the City Recital Hall in Sydney on Wednesday 12 November with veteran Aussie actor Rob Carlton, locked in as the event's host.

Emmy award-winning composer Ashley Irwin has once again been confirmed as the show's Music Director and will lead a live orchestra who will perform throughout the course of the night.

The Screen Music Awards will reveal its nominees sometime next month so stay tuned for more.
