Sarah McLachlan Names 2015 Australian Tour Dates

Renowned Canadian singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan has announced that she's headed Down Under early next year for a quick tour of the country in support of recently released full-length Shine On.

Following the album's May release, McLachlan has been solidly doing the rounds in the northern hemisphere, hitting 30 cities in the United States and a further 25 in Canada, in addition to the strenuous four lined up for Australia.

McLachlan will kick off her antipodean adventure - a decade since her wildly successful Afterglow production - at Brisbane's Tivoli Theatre on Thursday, February 5, before rushing off to take in the sights of Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to see out the rest of the tour.

Shine On is the artist's eighth studio album, her first work in four years, with her father's untimely death serving as something of a creative impetus for the record. In Your Shoes is the first official taste of the new work, and you can sample to your heart's content below.

Tickets for Sarah McLachlan's February 2015 Australian tour go on sale at midday next Friday, October 17. My Live Nation and ticket agent pre-sales will kick off from midday this coming Tuesday, October 14, and last until 5pm on Thursday, October 16.
