Sammy Virji Confirms Largest Australian Tour To Date

English DJ and record producer Sammy Virji is returning to Australia in February and March 2026, locking in his largest-ever tour Down Under.

The DJ visited Australia twice last year: once for a tour in May, and another visit during New Year’s festival season, where he performed at Beyond The Valley, Lost Paradise, and Wildlands.

Moving from dubstep and bassline music from his earlier releases, Sammy Virji has made a name for himself with his brand of UK garage, which has seen him experience a meteoric rise in 2025, resulting in performances at Coachella and collaborations with Skepta, Chris Lake, Flowdan, Giggs and more.

Sammy Virji’s 2026 Australian tour begins at Melbourne’s PICA on Saturday, 28 February. It continues at Perth’s Ozone Reserve on Sunday, 1 March, Brisbane’s Riverstage on Friday, 7 March, and concludes at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday, 8 March.

Fans who pre-order Virji’s highly anticipated new album, Same Day Cleaning—set for release this Friday, 19 September—can access pre-sale tickets on Monday, 22 September, at 6 pm local time.

In a recent interview, Virji opened up about his success in Australia, where he remarked, “I’ll never get used to hearing people sing my songs on the other side of the world. It was my second time going over to perform.

“It’s definitely got even crazier for UK garage over there. I remember my first time playing in Melbourne; it was such a cool experience. The tour lasted about a month, and I could have definitely stayed out there longer.”
