SAFIA ProfileCanberra's own electro-pop masters Safia have announced that Tasmanian producer Akouo will be tagging along on their forthcoming headline tour.
On top of this news, the trio have also sold out their Melbourne and Canberra shows on the run, with a second Melbourne show being added at the Northcote Social Club on Saturday 8 June to fulfil the demand.
Akouo's recent hard work has earned himself a plenty of accolades, including a feature album on triple J's Hip Hop show. The Tasmainian producer puts out a unique mesh of hip-hop, indie and electronic sounds so he's set to bring something special to the tour, complimenting the electronica excellence produced by the Safia boys.
