According to his current band Falling In Reverse, former Escape The Fate front man Ronnie Radke has been released from prison.

The band posted:

"Let everyone know Ronnie is back. We will be doing a stickam soon so keep checking back for the date and time!"

Radke was formally sentenced to 48 months of imprisonment in the High Desert State Prison in Nevada in 2008 following his role in a violent 2006 altercation that left 18-year-old Michael Cook dead. Radke failed to check in with his probation officer for two months that year, and was therefore taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in June 2008.

Since his time in prison he was replaced in Escape The Fate by former Blessthefall front man Craig Mabbitt. Radke's current band Falling In Reverse will now being work for their debut album.
