The music based quiz show will perform three live shows in tribute to Harry Vanda and George Young
The iconic Australian music quiz show RocKwiz has announced they will perform three special live shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide in tribute to one of Australia's most famous songwriting and production team, Vanda And Young.
Harry Vanda and George Young met in Villawood Migrant Hostel in Sydney and from there, went on to be founding members of The Easybeats.
Once The Easybeats disbanded they continued their songwriting and production projects – they helped AC/DC to produce six albums (Young is actually the older brother of lead guitarist Angus Young, wrote and produced Stevie Wright's number one single Evie, and wrote and produced many hits for John Paul Young, including Love Is In The Air. They were then inducted into the Aria Hall of Fame in 2001.

As always, the festivities will be hosted by the ever lovely and talented Julia Zemiro and adjudicated by Brian Nankervis. They will also be joined by the RocKwiz Orkestra, James Black, Peter Luscombe and Mark Ferrie.
