A throat infection is keeping her on the sidelines for another Australian date.
After being struck down with a throat infection on Sunday morning just passed, Rita Ora was forced to pull out of her appearance at Perth's Future Music Festival and has this evening confirmed she will no longer perform her scheduled Brisbane sideshow tomorrow night either.
Doctors orders have stipulated Ora needs bed rest in the coming days, but she remains confident that she will be able to perform her remaining dates as part of the Future Music Festival this weekend.
Our scribe's review from one of the two performances she has completed while in the country, at Saturday's rainy Future Music Festival at Brisbane's Doomben Racecourse, were very positive indeed.
"Clutching a mic that sits atop a gold-chain stand while wearing big golden crucifixes and golden bug-eyed shades, Rita Ora looks a picture for a brighter day. She shows off her vocal range to a swimming crowd that is eager for a bit of pop to liven up their day. Hits How We Do (Party) and RIP get a massive reaction and seem to go quite the distance for the gushing fans in attendance."
