Seemingly everyone is firmly against the Berejiklian Government's music festival policy introduced this month and now you can add Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea to that list. 

During the US rockers' tour of Australia in the last few weeks, the Melbourne-born songwriter took aim at the NSW Government at one of their headlining shows.

"Did they figure out that stupid shit in NSW yet?" Flea asked the crowd.

"Trying to pass that law so it’s impossible to put on a concert? Make it hard for people to go and see live music? That is the stupidest fucking thing I have ever heard in my whole life!

"What could make a community better than everyone going out to see live music? Live music forever for the people!"

It comes a week after it was announced some of the operators of the festivals named on the Government's "high risk" list, will take legal action in the coming weeks.
