Renowned Publicist To Take Up Teaching Post At Australian College Of The Arts

Chrissie Vincent will lead the bachelor's degree in entertainment management

The Melbourne-based Australian College Of The Arts, better known as Collarts, is welcoming one of the industry's foremost publicists to its teaching staff as Chrissie Vincent prepares to take up an educational role with the boutique music college.

Leading the school's bachelor's degree in entertainment management, Vincent — who is also the founder of renowned agency Chrissie Vincent Publicity & Management — will draw on three decades of experience as an active PR guru, having built and sustained an impressive network of industry contemporaries and contacts through marketing, promotions, publicity and management work for a broad range of artists including The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Tim Rogers, Pete Murray and many more.

"I'm excited to be in the position to educate the next generation of music industry professionals," Vincent said of her appointment in a statement.

"As the music business continues to change, we will deliver a dynamic and relevant degree that benefits Collarts students and also the industry — Collarts graduates will be the best in their fields and will enrich the music business with their knowledge and experience."

For more information about Vincent's appointment, or to investigate your own educational options either under the master publicist or any of Collarts' other esteemed teachers, see the institution's website.
