Remote Control Records have today officially launched its new company arm Recon Music.
The new string to Remote's bow is an expansion of the services that the label already offers its artists, such as album promotion, festival and touring publicity and music servicing across all forms of media. Recon will also provide added expertise in the areas of mailing list management, international blog servicing and marketing support.
Despite its official launch today, the ball has been rolling for Recon for a little while now, including the execution of campaigns for Sugar Mountain Festival and tour and release publicity for artists like Kirin J Callinan, Jen Cloher, Go Violets, Jeremy Neale, Forces, Feelings and Civil Civic.
