Country superstar Gretchen Wilson has been added to the CMC Rocks The Hunter line-up in the solid second announcement.
With a number of internationals added, including Clay Walker, the festival has also drafted in locals Wagons, Little Bastard and James Reyne.
They'll join the previously announced Tony Keith, Eli Young Band, Lee Kernaghan and Mogan Evans, amongst others.
The full second announcement includes: Gretchen Wilson (USA), Clay Walker (USA), Thompson Square (USA), Jim Lauderdale (USA), James Reyne, Shane Nicholson, Jedd Hughes, Blackjack Billy (USA), Busby Marou, Jayne Denham, The Davidson Brothers, Aleyce Simmonds, Mustered Courage, Wagons, Kaylee Bell (NZ), Lachlan Bryan, Little Bastard, Corey Colum and We The Ghosts.
Nashville TV and radio host Storme Warren will be returning to host the main stage, sharing MCs duties with Mike Carr and Darren Carr.
Wilson is another of US country's true superstars, with her breakout coming in 2004 with single Redneck Woman. She's since enjoyed success with pre-2010 albums All Jacked Up, Here For The Party and One Of The Boys. She recently released her first Christmas record, Christmas In My Heart.
Promoters Rob Potts and Michael Chugg both described next year's event, taking place Friday 14 – Sunday 16 March, as having the festival's biggest international line-up ever.
“Gretchen Wilson is one of the rowdiest live acts in the genre,” sad Potts, “and to bring her down under alongside legends like Toby Keith and the hottest stars of today like Thompson Square is a real coup!”
