Three-year deal covers all territories bar US and Austria

Red Bull Media House has signed a global administration deal with Sony/ATV/EMI Music Publishing with the three-year contract covering all territories outside Austria and the US.

In those two territories Red Bull will keep their publishing functions in-house.

Arguably the world's most marketing company, music is part of Red Bull's global strategy with the Red Bull Music Academy, Red Bull Records and other initiatives. The RBMH's catalogue includes Twin Atlantic, Blitz Kids, Awolnation and Five Knives, amongst others.

“Joining forces with Sony/ATV/EMI means more power to our musical creators on a worldwide basis through the market leaders' network,” RBMH's Head of Audio Portfolio Martin Brem said. “Our multifaceted approach as a media and content production company means that we can support both established and up-and-coming artists by offering unique and exciting opportunities. To have Sony/ATV/EMI on our side will help us to take our global artist development initiatives to a new level.”
