Following on from the success of Sounds Of The Pilbara II, WAM have rounded up the next lot of artists who will feature on the next compilation in the series.
The upcoming record, Sounds Of The Goldfields, will feature 10 diverse acts spread throughout the Goldfields region, half of which is indigenous talent.
The artists to feature on the next exciting Sounds Of will be:
Sheridon Jackman (Laverton), Not Without My Band (Kalgoorlie, Laverton), The Brownley Gospel Singers (Kalgoorlie), Kado Muir (Leonora), Darren Forster (The China Blue Experiment, Kalgoorlie), Tiahn Dillon (Kalgoorlie), The Desert All Stars (Tjuntjuntjarra Community), Ruben Wills (Kambalda), Marcus Maguire (Kalgoorlie), Jennifer Renee (Kalgoorlie).
Recording is set to take place over three weeks, kicking off March 9.
