The 18-year-old Atlantan prodigy will hit up Sydney and Melbourne in February

More Raury More Raury

Ascendant Atlanta-bred songwriter Raury is set to play two headline shows early next year while he's in the country for the 2015 St Jerome's Laneway Festival.

He only just celebrated his 18th birthday in June, but Raury has already achieved acclaim to the point of having collaborated with the likes of SBTRKT, swapped tracks with Kanye, and has supported OutKast, all before his debut full-length Indigo Child hit shelves back in August.

Now, he stands poised to deliver sideshows to audiences in Sydney and Melbourne: at the Oxford Art Factory, on Monday, February 2, and Howler, on Tuesday, February 3, respectively. He will be supported at both shows by similarly upward-bound local outfit Milwaukee Banks, who themselves not long ago dropped their debut effort — EP Rose Water is available now.

Tickets for Raury's pair of Laneway sideshows go on sale from 9am local time this Friday, November 7, via Moshtix. There will be a pre-sale hosted by the festival, kicking off at midday local time this Wednesday, November 5. It lasts until the same time on Thursday, November 6, or until the allocation is exhausted. You'll need a password to have your punt for passes — INDIGO will get you through. Sydney fans should head here; Melbourne, your presale can be accessed here.
